Senior Compliance Associate

Aidan is experienced in broker-dealer and registered investment advisor compliance areas including internal controls, branch inspections and remediation, supervision, email and electronic communications review, risk management and regulatory compliance.At Essential Edge, Aidan is helping clients with a wide range of outsourced compliance functions, such as regulatory and internal exams and remediation. He is also supporting the development and implementation of policies and procedures, independent AML and 3130 exams, and advertising and email review.

He holds Series 7, 24, 66 and SIE licenses.

Aidan obtained a Bachelor of Science in Business and Finance from the University of Minnesota, Twin Cities.

Outside of work, Aidan enjoys traveling, playing volleyball, working on house projects, and spending time with his rescue dog.
