Meet Alex
President and Chief Executive Officer, Equity Services Incorporated
Alex is President and Chief Executive Officer of Equity Services Incorparated (ESI), where he leads the firm’s strategic growth and advisor-centric mission across its broker-dealer and registered investment adviser businesses. With more than 30 years of leadership experience in the wealth management industry, Alex has a distinguished track record of driving transformational growth, strengthening advisor relationships, and scaling high-performing organizations.
Prior to joining ESI, Alex served as Northeast Division Director at Raymond James Financial Services, overseeing the firm’s flagship division with more than $100 billion in assets under management, 895 wealth managers, and 350 offices. Under his leadership, the division achieved record performance, generating more than $100 million in new production and over $14 billion in new AUM in just 18 months.
Alex holds doctoral degrees in economics and marketing and a master’s degree in international economics from Pace University. He recently began postdoctoral studies at the Harvard Kennedy School of Government and serves on the Board of Directors of the Financial Services Institute (FSI) and as Chairman of the Association for African American Financial Advisors (Quad A).
