Ryan Stevenson is a seasoned business development leader with expertise in regulatory technology, compliance, financial services, and enterprise SaaS solutions. As the Founding Sales Lead at Hadrius, he has spearheaded explosive growth, expanded market exposure, and built a high-performing sales team while driving innovative revenue strategies. In addition, Ryan provides fintech consulting to multinational management consulting firms, offering strategic insights to help them navigate the complexities of the fintech landscape.
Previously, Ryan served as Vice President of Enterprise Business Development at Orion Advisor Solutions, where he led enterprise sales engagements, forged key partnerships, and influenced product development and marketing strategies to align with market demands and drive growth.
Earlier, at Silver Oak Securities, he played a key role in enhancing compliance processes, implemented a comprehensive fintech overhaul, and spearheaded various initiatives that significantly increased AUM and revenue for the firm.
Ryan holds Series 7, 24, 63, and 65 licenses and earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with honors from The University of Tennessee at Martin.
