As the Founding Sales Lead at Hadrius, he has driven rapid market expansion, built a top-performing sales team, and led innovative revenue strategies that fueled the company’s breakout growth.
He also consults with global management consulting firms on fintech trends and go-to-market strategy, helping them navigate complex regulatory and technology landscapes.
Previously, Ryan was VP of Enterprise Business Development at Orion Advisor Solutions, where he led enterprise sales, forged strategic partnerships, and influenced product and marketing direction. Earlier, at Silver Oak Securities, he modernized compliance operations and led fintech initiatives that materially boosted AUM and firm revenue.
Ryan holds Series 7, 24, 63, and 65 licenses and graduated with honors from the University of Tennessee at Martin with a B.S. in Business Administration. He enjoys golf, tennis, and spending time with his wife and two sons.
