Chief of Staff

Kate Gambino-Irby manages Essential Edge outsourcing projects from conceptualization through development, implementation and close out while building strong relationships through exceptional client service. In addition, she onboards consultants and works closely with the CFO and accountant to administer benefits and manage internal financials to optimize firm efficiency.

 

Kate brings 10 years as a legal assistant at law firms to Essential Edge. Kate obtained her paralegal certification from the University of Buffalo.

 

When not working, Kate enjoys Crossfit, spending time with family and friends, and enjoying the sunshine.
